Born and raised in the beautiful coastal city of Split, Tomislav has spent his entire life on the Adriatic Sea. As an avid fisherman and expert skipper, his passion for the ocean runs deep. With years of experience navigating these waters, he ensures that every guest aboard Dream Way Boat Tours enjoys a safe, comfortable, and unforgettable journey.

A Lifetime of Adventure & Expertise

Beyond his love for the sea, Tomislav has lived and worked in various countries, including Ukraine, Kuwait, Iceland, and the Maldives. His global experiences have given him a deep appreciation for different cultures, and he enjoys meeting travelers from around the world.
In addition to running Dream Way Boat Tours, Tomislav owns Dream Way Transfers, a premier luxury land transfer service catering to visitors in Split. Whether by sea or land, his mission is to provide top-quality service and authentic Croatian hospitality.

When he’s not navigating the Adriatic, Tomislav is a skilled sports therapist and a Judo champion. His discipline and dedication extend beyond his profession, shaping his approach to everything he does. He also holds full first aid certifications, ensuring the safety of his guests on every journey.

Passion for Fishing & Cooking
​
Tomislav's favorite pastime is fishing—especially catching squid and cuttlefish, a tradition passed down through generations. Not only does he love catching seafood, but he’s also an excellent cook. His dream is to one day open a small pub where he can serve fresh, local dishes and share his love for Croatian cuisine with visitors.
